Isso se deve ao fato de que os modelos antigos j\u00e1 n\u00e3o se conectam mais com esses talentos, que anseiam por realiza\u00e7\u00f5es, t\u00eam a necessidade de serem felizes tanto na vida pessoal como na carreira e n\u00e3o querem esperar muito tempo para isso. Diante deste cen\u00e1rio, como lidar com as expectativas dessas pessoas e de outras gera\u00e7\u00f5es em um mesmo ambiente? Como atrair e engajar esse p\u00fablico?<\/p>\n<p>Para tentar buscar essas respostas e compartilhar insights com uma grande plateia interessada no assunto, a Dynargie Brasil fez quest\u00e3o de patrocinar o encontro, promovido pelo Comit\u00ea de Gest\u00e3o de Pessoas da AMCHAM (American Chamber of Commerce for Brazil), que reuniu profissionais para palestrar, debater e apresentar cases de sucesso.<\/p>\n<h3>As expectativas da gera\u00e7\u00e3o millennial<\/h3>\n<p>Danilca Galdini, s\u00f3cia diretora da NextView People, apresentou uma pesquisa realizada com 113.378 pessoas de nove pa\u00edses da Am\u00e9rica Latina. Os dados mostraram que esses jovens profissionais esperam que o trabalho gere aprendizado, possibilite um melhor uso das suas habilidades, permita a integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre vida pessoal e profissional, tenha um significado e seja fonte de felicidade.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, um dos grandes desafios de atender ao que os millennials esperam em termos de conhecimento e progresso e est\u00e1 em faz\u00ea-lo permanecer na mesma companhia a longo prazo. \u201cAs empresas devem apoiar o desenvolvimento do jovem e entender que mesmo que ele saia, esse \u2018casamento\u2019 deve ser proveitoso para os dois lados enquanto durar&#8221;, explicou Galdini. Outro ponto que merece a aten\u00e7\u00e3o e pode ser revisto pelas empresas \u00e9 a forma de trabalho: 66% dos jovens, 68% da m\u00e9dia gest\u00e3o e 77% da alta lideran\u00e7a disseram que topariam experimentar novos modelos.<\/p>\n<p>A PwC tamb\u00e9m realizou uma pesquisa em diversos pa\u00edses e os dados foram importantes para entender melhor essa gera\u00e7\u00e3o. Dentre as descobertas, 65% gostariam de trabalhar em casa eventualmente ou alterar o seu hor\u00e1rio de trabalho e 71% disseram que as demandas do trabalho interferiam na vida pessoal. Uma das apostas para atender essas reivindica\u00e7\u00f5es foi a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de um programa de flexibilidade, que permite que o colaborador compense horas, tenha hor\u00e1rio de entrada, sa\u00edda e almo\u00e7o flex\u00edveis, trabalhe remotamente, entre outros. \u201cN\u00e3o vamos ter tudo o que eles querem, mas n\u00f3s podemos valorizar aquilo que se conecta com eles\u201d, afirmou Erika Braga, diretora de RH da PwC.<\/p>\n<p>A procura, contrata\u00e7\u00e3o e a atra\u00e7\u00e3o desses jovens talentos para as empresas tamb\u00e9m t\u00eam exigido novos jeitos de operar. Para a Ra\u00edzen, um dos grandes desafios \u00e9 tornar a marca mais conhecida e atrativa aos jovens, uma vez que ela tem apenas 6 anos de hist\u00f3ria \u2013 embora seja fruto da fus\u00e3o de duas grandes companhias consolidadas: Cosan e Shell. De acordo com Alessandra Orlando, gerente de atra\u00e7\u00e3o e sele\u00e7\u00e3o da Ra\u00edzen, a corpora\u00e7\u00e3o passou a usar o aplicativo WhatsApp como ferramenta para se aproximar dessas pessoas e trabalhar a campanha \u201cTalento indica um Talento\u201d. \u201cO Recursos Humanos precisa entender que \u00e9 um novo contexto\u201d, pontuou Alessandra. \u201cN\u00f3s estamos tentando fazer com que a Ra\u00edzen seja menos formal\u201d, acrescentou.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 no Grand Hyatt, formalidade e burocracia s\u00e3o coisas dif\u00edceis de mudar, mas tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o parte das insatisfa\u00e7\u00f5es manifestadas pela gera\u00e7\u00e3o millennial. No entanto, a rede hoteleira tem se reinventado e promovido outras sa\u00eddas para lidar com a juventude \u2013 que ali\u00e1s, representa mais da metade do quadro de colaboradores com menos de 35 anos. \u201cOs funcion\u00e1rios podem exercer as suas paix\u00f5es atrav\u00e9s dos comit\u00eas criados de acordo com o interesse deles, como o de Sustentabilidade e Diversidade GLBT. Eles fazem voluntariamente os projetos e possuem todo o apoio da alta gest\u00e3o\u201d, explicou Ligia Shimizu, gerente de treinamento e desenvolvimento do Grand Hyatt, que \u00e9 da gera\u00e7\u00e3o Y. Al\u00e9m disso, todas as inova\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o feitas atrav\u00e9s da metodologia Design Thinking e s\u00e3o promovidos regularmente treinamentos que contribuem para forma\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens em posi\u00e7\u00f5es de lideran\u00e7a, dando a eles mais respaldo para exercer a fun\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A sa\u00edda \u00e9 buscar equil\u00edbrio entre as necessidades das diferentes gera\u00e7\u00f5es, por meio da oferta de um ambiente de trabalho desafiador e, ao mesmo tempo, capaz de proporcionar crescimento e satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o. A coexist\u00eancia de gera\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 inevit\u00e1vel e pode ser positiva se houver di\u00e1logo, possibilitado pela escuta receptiva e fomento \u00e0 empatia.
