Baseada em seus costumes, rotinas e comportamentos, uma cultura confere \u00e0s empresas uma identidade pr\u00f3pria, independentemente de gostarmos ou n\u00e3o delas. Ironicamente, s\u00f3 poder\u00edamos imaginar uma empresa sem cultura se n\u00e3o tivesse todas essas formas humanas de se comportar e criar mem\u00f3rias coletivas.<\/p>\n<p>A quest\u00e3o que se coloca hoje \u00e9 se a velocidade com que as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es mudam pode suportar a lentid\u00e3o da mudan\u00e7a de seus padr\u00f5es culturais. Em outras palavras, a cultura de uma empresa deve ser vista como um ativo. Ent\u00e3o, quando as coisas come\u00e7am a complicar e deixam de envolver os funcion\u00e1rios em uma finalidade espec\u00edfica, isto torna-se um passivo.<\/p>\n<p>Consequentemente, e se aceitarmos a premissa de que n\u00e3o existem empresas sem uma cultura intr\u00ednseca, temos um problema: da estabilidade de um casamento entre empresa e cultura, passamos para a inevitabilidade do div\u00f3rcio. Existem, no entanto, solu\u00e7\u00f5es para tornar o div\u00f3rcio amig\u00e1vel. Se a cultura \u00e9 muito pesada e muito profundamente enraizada para suportar o ritmo da mudan\u00e7a imposta pelas empresas, em particular, e a sociedade em geral, a alternativa \u00e9 destacar outro ativo. Isto \u00e9, inevitavelmente, mais leve, mais adapt\u00e1vel, quase poderia se dizer, mais compreensivo com as mudan\u00e7as em seu parceiro: a empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Mas sempre nos atendo ao objetivo: manter hoje todos focados; garantindo a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre todos, tamb\u00e9m uma mem\u00f3ria coletiva, pois \u00e9 isso que pode garantir um futuro de pertencimento e confian\u00e7a no projeto. E esse ativo, que tamb\u00e9m tem direitos e deveres para com a empresa, \u00e9 o<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"> <a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.dynargie.com.br\/?s=Mindset\">Mindset<\/a><\/span>. Vamos imaginar uma empresa familiar que foi vendida a um comprador de Private Equity. Enquanto esperamos que a cultura se adapte \u00e0s novas formas de gest\u00e3o, o comprador de Private Equity j\u00e1 vendeu a empresa &#8230; E mesmo com tudo o que aconteceu no ano passado, se tiv\u00e9ssemos mais mindset do que cultura, muitas mudan\u00e7as teriam sido mais r\u00e1pidas e menos dolorosas.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>Dynargie<\/strong> come\u00e7ou a brincar com o mindset h\u00e1 cerca de 10 anos. Hoje, conseguimos parametrizar o mindset de uma equipe, departamento ou empresa em tr\u00eas dimens\u00f5es &#8211; BE (Orientado para Prop\u00f3sito), SAY (Orientado para Pessoas) e DO (Orientado para Resultados) &#8211; tendo cada dimens\u00e3o quatro clusters, permitindo assim uma an\u00e1lise muito mais refinada e precisa.<\/p>\n<p>E o mindset da sua empresa? \u00c9 o adequado para a sua estrat\u00e9gia? \u00a0Talvez valesse a pena medi-lo!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f05b24;\"><strong>Jo\u00e3o Barbosa<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f05b24;\"><strong>CEO Dynargie Internacional <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #f05b24;\"><strong>Less Culture, More Mindset<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>We\u2019ll all tend to agree that there\u2019s no such thing as a company without a culture.\u00a0Based on their customs, routines and behaviour, a culture gives companies their own identity, regardless of whether we like them or not.\u00a0Ironically, we could only imagine a company without a culture if it didn&#8217;t have all these human ways of behaving and creating collective memories.<\/p>\n<p>The question that arises today is whether the speed with which organizations change can withstand the slowness of changing their cultural patterns.\u00a0In other words, the culture of a company should be seen as an asset; so, when it starts to complicate things and fails to involve employees in a particular purpose, it becomes a liability.<\/p>\n<p>Consequently, and if we accept the premise that there are no companies without an intrinsic culture, we have a problem: from the stability of a marriage between company and culture, we switch to the inevitability of a divorce. There are, however, solutions to make the divorce amicable. If the culture is too weighty and too deeply rooted to withstand the pace of change imposed by companies, in particular, and society in general; the alternative is to highlight another asset. This is inevitably lighter, more adaptive, you could almost say, more empathetic with the changes in its partner: the company. But always sticking to the purpose: gluing today; guaranteeing cooperation between everyone and ensuring a collective memory, as this is what ensures a future of belonging and trust in the project. And this asset, which also has its rights and duties to the company, is the Mindset.
